Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page above the “Add to Cart” button. This date accounts for both production time and shipping speed.
- Track your order: Click “View your order” in your confirmation email for real-time updates.
- Note: Estimates apply to U.S. orders. Weather or carrier delays may occasionally impact arrival times.
Multiple items in one order
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability. When items ship together, the order will follow the later estimated delivery date. If items ship separately, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
U.S. Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (from ship date).
- Expedited Shipping: Available for eligible items at checkout.
- Important: Expedited shipping shortens the travel time but does not speed up the time needed to personalize or prepare your item.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries! Deliveries typically take 1–3+ weeks depending on customs.
- Eligibility: Enter your address at checkout to confirm if we ship to you.
- Tracking: Tracking updates often stop once the package leaves the U.S. and is handed over to your local postal service.
