Can I cancel my order?
To get your items to you quickly, we send orders to production immediately. Therefore, we can’t cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed Nov 12 – Dec 25 are returnable for 60 days.
** Covered by our Quality Promise: If there is a defect or error, we replace it for free.

Personalized items: Personalized pieces are final sale if you change your mind, but they are fully covered by our Quality Promise for defects or errors.

Condition: Non-personalized items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase to be eligible. If you ordered on mintandlily.com and can’t find your receipt, we can usually locate your order using your email address or order number.

Fees: Most returns are processed without additional fees, but some may be subject to a return and/or restocking fee.

International orders: We do not support international return shipping at this time. (If we approve a returnable international exception, it will be processed as gift card per the table above.)
How to Request a Return
Email support@mintandlily.com for step-by-step instructions and a prepaid label (if eligible).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an approval/rejection notice. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 2 weeks.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your card issuer and bank (processing times vary). If it still hasn’t posted, email support@mintandlily.com.
