We assure you that we're working as hard as we can to deliver it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the global pandemic has disrupted our business, as it has every business. We've have seen partners and teammates have to slow their work to prioritize their own health after a Covid 19 outbreak. We've seen supply chain and transportation issues impact the entire country. Unfortunately, we are no exception to these issues. These are not meant to be excuses, but context for this situation. And we are not going to slow down until your gift is delivered.
