This depends on what you purchased. Some items are customized while others are not. If you purchased a non-personalized bracelet, then you can initiate a return within 75 days of buying it. If this timeline should pass, then we cannot offer you a refund.
If you ordered a personalized item though, we cannot offer you a return as this would've been something that was specifically designed for you. However, we do encourage customers who are unhappy with their custom-made items to email our customer service team at support@mintanlily.com.

We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Standard will take between two and nine days while expedited will take two-four business days. Be sure to check if you see expedited shipping as you checkout since this would mean your order is eligible.
