What size should I order?

Please try to get your finger sized if you do not know your ring size. Any local jewelry store or department store can size your finger in a few minutes time. For any ring size conversion needs please refer to www.ringsizes.co for a conversion chart.

How to care for my jewelry?

MINT & LILY jewelry is meant for everyday wear, while cleaning and caring for your silver is simple. You can either use a small amount of toothpaste and a soft cloth to clean your jewelry or you can use any silver cleaning solution that can be found at any major retail department store.

If you do not plan on wearing the jewelry for long periods of time, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container separate from other jewelry with the silica pouch inside the box.



    Finding your ring size?

    1. Use a piece of string to measure around the bigger knuckle on the finger you want to wear the ring on. Wrap the string around the knuckle loosely and mark the string with a pen or marker.

    2. Measure the length of the string to your mark on a millimeter ruler. Try to lay the string flat on a surface beside the ruler without stretching it. If the string is a little curly, try wetting it so it lays straight.

    3. Find your measurements in the chart to find your nearest ring size! Our rings are adjustable (with a little gentle pressure), so if you fall in between sizes, we recommend going with the size that is closest to your measurements.

    What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

    Right now, we offer standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days. Some orders (depending on order contents or your region) may be eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

    How much does shipping cost?

    We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged $4.95 for standard shipping or $9.95 for expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.
    International shipping varies by region but you will be provided a shipping fee at checkout.

    When will my order ship?

    Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 7-10 business days to ship. The shipping estimate for each product is provided in real-time on the product page. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.

    If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.

    What does in-stock, backordered and handmade mean?

    In-stock: In-stock items are ready-made, meaning these items are in our facilities and ready to ship to you! We typically ship in-stock items within one business day from the date ordered. Please be sure to note the shipping estimates on each individual product page you'll see it above the "Add to Cart" button. We’ll also send shipping details in your confirmation email.

    High Demand:This is a hot item— so many people wanted it that we sold out, but we will have more available soon! These pieces are available for purchase and your order will be added to our fulfillment queue. We’ll ship your backordered item as soon as it’s available, typically in about two weeks. The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and in your confirmation email. You'll see it above the "Add to Cart" button. Please note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

    Handmade: Handmade pieces are just that, handcrafted just for you. We start working on your order right away and it typically takes up 3-5 business days to ship. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

    Where can I find my tracking number?

    After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

    Lost package?

    For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
