This was a beautiful necklace. The quality was beautiful. However, when my daughter ordered it, she ordered the wrong name. Yes, these things do happen in real life. I'm not sure how... she said she got sidetracked. Lol. We do hope to reorder again with the correct name. :) As we love the product. Not sure if it was returnable but as it was our fault, but we do plan to order again. :)
