Not happy!!

Only barely a month old and lost two stones already!!! So far not to happy with the quality of the items I have purchased. Some have already tarnished!!! I spent ALOT of $ with this business and have been put through the ringer trying to get a reply back!!!! Hope your experience is better then mine!!
