While there's nothing stopping you from submitting a zoomed-in or otherwise low-quality image, it will translate to less-than-stellar print quality for your custom pet necklace.
Non-personalized jewelry can be returned up to 75 days post-purchase for a refund or exchange. Once this timeline has passed, we will, unfortunately, no longer be able to accept the item for either.
Personalized items, such as the custom pet necklace cannot be returned. That's because such pieces would be tailored specifically to the customer who would've made the order.
