Expectation VS Reality

Such an amazing keep sake. This exceeded our expectations and we loved it very much. Unfortunately due to covid delivery was slow as obviously not their fault (just keep in mind if ordering on a deadline). Their customer service was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
